WebXclusive.com offers you to return products if they are undamaged, unused and in the original packing, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are not refunded by WebXclusive.com. Is your product dead on arrival or broken during your warranty period?
Please fill out our return form (Dutch). After completing the form, you receive a RMA Number and further information from our staff. The shipment costs, in case of a broken article, will be refunded to an amount of € 6.95. Please always attatch a copy of your invoice with RMA number written on it.
